I was a huge fan of DN Bryn’s Our Bloody Pearl (as you can see from my review!), so when I saw they were returning to the world of These Treacherous Tides for the start of a new series, I was delighted!
I really enjoyed Carlie Sorosiak’s I, Cosmo, even though I’m not a dog person (see my review of that here!), so when I saw her next book was cat-focused, I was over the moon!
The final instalment in the Tea Dragon series is just as heartwarming, inclusive, and beautiful as you’d expect!
I’m always in the mood for interesting new fantasy, but somehow I missed Soulkeeper when it first came out. With the sequel, Ravencaller, just out in March, Orbit were kind enough to send me over copies of both so I could catch up – and I’m glad they did, because Soulkeeper is a huge amount of fun!
A delightfully queer tale of soft pirates and fierce sirens, filled with kindness and adventure and excellent rep… Our Bloody Pearl is an absolute treasure!
